I needed some blue in here for my own sanity. Love the colors of late fall. Subtle reds, mustard yellows, salmon pinks and beiges. Lost on most as they begin the ritual of winter. Head down, shoulders up. I forgot to put the battery back in my camera friday and just about cried when I pulled off along a magnificent lake view, shrouded in mist, and not one ripple in the stillest lake surface I had ever seen.
I sucked in the late morning air. Shook my head and took it all in with one long deep gaze. Here is a picture, not of that cameraless moment but of another worthy gaze out row 23 or something like that.
